When a wash becomes necessary, handwashing in lukewarm water using wool or silk detergent is preferred. Avoid exposure to extreme heat and friction to prevent the wool from felting. Your item can also be machine washed at 30 degrees on a hand wash program. Reshape the garment while damp. After initial washing, the wool will slightly condense and soften further, enhancing its comfort.
